Overview

Trecora’s 27.5-acre Pasadena, Texas facility, TRECWAX™, serves as a hub for the production of our performance polyethylene waxes, as well as custom processing and toll manufacturing services. Strategically located near the Houston Ship Channel, the site offers direct access to international shipping, rail, and truck transportation. TRECWAX™ manufactures a wide range of waxes used in adhesives, coatings, plastics, and textiles, and provides specialized services including chemical synthesis, distillation, forming, and propoxylation.

Equipped with high vacuum distillation, a pilot plant, and on-site laboratories, TRECWAX™ enables rapid development of new products and processes. Its proximity to major pipelines and access to steam and hydrogen support future expansion. Backed by a skilled team of engineers and chemists, the site ensures consistent product quality and seamless execution for both standard and custom manufacturing needs.
