Polyethylene Wax
Trecora’s low-carbon-footprint polyethylene wax offers low viscosity, excellent hardness, and superior thermal stability. It enhances lubrication, dispersion, and surface properties in applications such as hot melt adhesives (HMA), PVC processing, road marking, paints, coatings, and inks. Our TRECWAX™ polyethylene waxes help manufacturers improve flow, abrasion resistance, and processing efficiency, ensuring consistent, high-quality performance.
Oxidized Wax
Oxidized waxes (modified polyethylene and synthetic wax) are grafted with oxygen-containing functional groups, enhancing lubrication, dispersion, and water resistance. L-CRYSTA™ 100 is Trecora’s advanced wax additive for candles, delivering a pristine white finish, uniform burn, and enhanced fragrance release even at low use levels. Paraffin Wax
Paraffin wax is a refined, crystalline hydrocarbon derived from petroleum. It is known for its moisture resistance, smooth application, and thermal stability. Its water-resistant properties make it widely used in packaging, candle making, coatings, and sealants. Trecora’s paraffin waxes ensure reliability for industrial and consumer applications.
Microcrystalline Wax
Microcrystalline wax is pure and ductile with a fine crystalline structure. It provides great adhesion, oil retention, and surface protection. Due to its binding properties and stability, Trecora’s microcrystalline waxes are widely used in rubber, cosmetics, adhesives, and coatings.
