Brad Crocker became President and CEO of Trecora in 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in executive leadership within the chemical and plastics industry. Mr. Crocker has consistently driven strategic growth and overseen impactful mergers and acquisitions. He is also President and CEO of a leading chemical producer, Epsilyte. Holding a B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Georgia, Mr. Crocker brings a solid foundation of technical knowledge to his leadership roles.

Dr. Peter Loggenberg was appointed EVP of Specialty Polymers and Corporate Strategy in September 2023. Previously, he held the position of Chief Commercial and Sustainability Officer until August 2023. Before joining Trecora, Dr. Loggenberg was President of SSI Chusei, Inc. With over 30 years of industry experience, including over 20 years at the corporate level, Dr. Loggenberg brings substantial expertise to his current position.

Rafael 'Ralph' Pons, with over 35 years of chemical manufacturing experience, joined Trecora in 2020. Initially, he led operations at the South Hampton Resources facility in Texas. By May 2021, Mr. Pons became Chief Manufacturing Officer. Before Trecora, he held leadership positions at Preferred Sands, Celanese Corporation, and Nalco Champion. Mr. Pons holds a M.S. in Operations Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Christopher Groves assumed the role of Trecora's Chief Financial Officer in February 2023, following his tenure as Principal Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller in March 2018. Before joining Trecora, Mr. Groves held accounting roles across diverse sectors, spanning public and privately held enterprises and public accounting with Deloitte. He holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and brings over two decades of expertise as a certified public accountant specializing in financial accounting.

Matt Myren joined Trecora in 2022, overseeing the legal department and corporate compliance to ensure risk reduction across Trecora and its subsidiaries. Previously, he served as General Counsel for private equity-owned companies for 14 years and spent over a decade at Sears overseeing various legal matters. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and a J.D. from the University of Iowa. Active in volunteer work, Mr. Myren serves as President of the Barrington Area United Way and a private school board. He is married with four sons and enjoys playing guitar, long-distance trail running, wine, traveling, and reading.

Shea Williamson has been the Director of Procurement at Trecora Resources since July 2022. Mr. Williamson's journey with Trecora began in September 2009, when he joined the company as an Account Manager for the Trecora Hydrocarbon business. There, he demonstrated exceptional skills in managing client relationships and driving business growth. Prior to Trecora, he spent two years doing outside sales for Ashland Distribution. Mr. Williamson holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.

Andy Ternes, Business Director of Specialty Chemicals since 2023, has served in various commercial roles at Trecora since joining the company in 2011. Before his current role, Mr. Ternes spent ten years in the hospitality industry as a PGA of America Golf Professional. With a B.B.A. degree in Marketing from Lamar University, Mr. Ternes is an accomplished leader in the development and execution of strategic organizational growth while supporting partners across global markets.

Erin Ballard, Trecora’s Corporate Controller since 2023, has served various accounting roles at Trecora since joining the company in 1999, accumulating over two decades of experience within our financial operations. Ms. Ballard has been instrumental in numerous facets of Trecora's financial landscape, encompassing audit, FP&A, financial reporting, M&As, general accounting, and ERP expertise, among others. Alongside her comprehensive skill set, she holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Houston – Clear Lake, an M.S. in Finance from the University of Miami, and CPA and CMA certifications, solidifying her as an invaluable asset to the organization.
