Chief Executive Officer Nick Carter, Chief Financial Officer Connie Cook, and President of its wholly owned subsidiary, South Hampton Resources, Inc. (SHR), Simon Upfill-Brown, will host a conference call that day at 3:30 pm Central Time/4:30 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results.
