Multi-Purpose Processing Equipment

Batch Reactors – ranging from 3,000 to 16,000 gallon, stainless steel, as well as glass-lined; pressure ratings from 40 psig to 150 psig; temperature ratings from 350° F up to 600° F.

Hydrogenation Reactors – Two 125 ft3, fixed bed, plug flow reactors; 2,000 psig and 800° F rated. Operating pressure up to 1,800 psig and temperatures up to 585° F. Hydrogen available by high pressure pipeline.

Batch & Continuous Distillation Columns – Six packed columns ranging from 5 to 46 theoretical stages; stainless steel construction, rated for full vacuum service with operating temperatures up to 350° F and 600° F. Distillation rates from 750 lbs per hour up to 6,000 lbs per hour.

Short-Path Distillation – Three stainless steel short-path distillation units; One at 15 m2, and two at 20 m2 with dedicated storage tanks ranging from 10,000 to 25,000 gallon capacity. On-demand temperature capability up to 585° F and vacuum down to below 100 micron Hg.

Pastillation & Flaker – Five Sandvik pastillation units with capacity from 1,000 lbs per hour up to 3,000 lbs per hour. One Buflovac drum flaker (pan fed) with capacity up 1,000 lbs per hour. Packaging in bags, supersacks or drums.
